Refund & Return Policy

At PeetalKraft, we strive to deliver high-quality brass idol statues to our customers. Each product is carefully inspected before shipping.

Returns
Returns are accepted only in the case of:

  • Damaged product during shipping

  • Incorrect product received

Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.

Refunds
Once the issue is verified, we will offer either:

  • A replacement product, or

  • A full refund to the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items
Due to the handcrafted nature of brass idols, we do not accept returns for:

  • Minor color variations

  • Size expectations

  • Change of mind after purchase

Refund Processing Time
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
